Lately.

It’s always nice when visitors come and you get to see things you walk by every day from a fresher perspective. It’s a good reminder to pretend to be a tourist in your own city sometimes.
There are signs of spring in Chicago- new grass growth, little buds on the tree branches, and Chicagoans shedding their puffy coats and snow boots. Although I resent “losing” an hour on a weekend (can’t we change the clocks at noon on a weekday?), I’m looking forward to more hours of light at the end of the day, more walks to nowhere, and outdoor dining.
